State Representative Gayle Manning (R-Avon) has announced that almost $20 million in grants have been distributed to 21 nonprofit organizations throughout Ohio. The funding comes from Ohio’s Parenting and Pregnancy Program, as reported by the Ohio Department of Children and Youth.

One of the recipients is Cornerstone Pregnancy Services DBA Cornerstone Women’s Health Center & Lilli Women’s Center, which operates in Elyria within Rep. Manning’s district.

The funding for this program was increased through House Bill 96, which is part of Ohio’s State Operating Budget. This measure aims to provide more support to mothers and babies across the state.
