Oberlin home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Oberlin fell by $30,000 while total sales increased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 15.8% decrease over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Oberlin in November 2018.
