Amherst home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Amherst rose by $13,200 while total sales increased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,950 - a 9% increase over the $146,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Amherst in October 2018.
