Oberlin home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Oberlin rose by $17,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,500 - a 11.4% increase over the $149,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Oberlin in October 2018.
