Oberlin home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Oberlin fell by $22,000 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 13.2% decrease over the $167,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Oberlin in September 2018.
