Wellington home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Wellington rose by $11,000 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 7.1% increase over the $154,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Wellington in September 2018.
