Oberlin home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Oberlin rose by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,000 - a 4.6% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Oberlin in August 2018.
