Wellington home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Wellington fell by $39,500 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,500 - a 23.2% decrease over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Wellington in May 2019.
