LaGrange home prices fall in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in LaGrange fell by $119,500 while total sales decreased by 72.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,000 - a 46.8% decrease over the $255,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in LaGrange in June 2019.

The median sales tax in LaGrange for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,223, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
