Oberlin home prices fall in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Oberlin fell by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 10.5% decrease over the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Oberlin in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Oberlin for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,573, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
