Pheasant Run home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Pheasant Run fell by $43,550 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,450 - a 36.3% decrease over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Pheasant Run in the second quarter of 2019.
