South Amherst home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in South Amherst rose by $63,533 while total sales increased by 140%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,023 - a 64.5% increase over the $98,490 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in South Amherst in the second quarter of 2019.
