Pheasant Run home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Pheasant Run rose by $39,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,500 - a 35.6% increase over the $109,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Pheasant Run in July 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Pheasant Run for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,860, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
