Oberlin home prices fall in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Oberlin fell by $24,000 while total sales decreased by 70%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,500 - a 14.4% decrease over the $166,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Oberlin in October 2019.
