Oberlin home prices fall in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Oberlin fell by $72,500 while total sales decreased by 69.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,500 - a 45.3% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Oberlin in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Oberlin for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,573, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
