Amherst home prices rose in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Amherst rose by $25,250 while total sales decreased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,000 - a 13.9% increase over the $181,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Amherst in February 2020.
