Median home prices in Oberlin rose to $186,000 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Oberlin rose by $35,250 while total sales decreased by 73.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,000 - a 23.4% increase over the $150,751 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Oberlin in the first quarter of 2020.
