June 2021: Home prices in Oberlin increased

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Oberlin rose by $55,000 while total sales increased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 32.4% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Oberlin in June 2020.
