Pricing for the median home in Oberlin increased during May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Oberlin rose by $2,100 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 1.1% increase over the $187,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Oberlin in May 2020.
