Columbia Station median home prices rose by 3.8% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Columbia Station rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 12.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,500 - a 3.8% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Columbia Station in the second quarter of 2020.
