Falling home prices in Eaton Estates in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Eaton Estates fell by $13,900 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 11.7% decrease over the $118,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Eaton Estates in the first half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Eaton Estates for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,379, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2021.
