Median home prices in Laporte rose to $193,600 in the first half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2021 in Laporte rose by $58,650 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,600 - a 43.5% increase over the $134,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Laporte in the first half of 2020.
