July 2021: Wellington experienced a 25.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Wellington rose by $37,500 while total sales increased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 25.4% increase over the $147,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Wellington in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Wellington for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,428, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
