Home prices increased in Amherst during July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Amherst rose by $6,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $188,000 - a 3.3% increase over the $182,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Amherst in July 2020.
