Home prices decreased in Pheasant Run during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Pheasant Run fell by $27,450 while total sales decreased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,000 - a 19.7% decrease over the $139,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Pheasant Run in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Pheasant Run for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,860, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
