Sheffield Lake home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Sheffield Lake rose by $15,100 while total sales increased by 51.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 130 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 11.2% increase over the $134,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 86 homes sold in Sheffield Lake in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Sheffield Lake for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,121, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
