Pricing for the median home in South Amherst increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in South Amherst rose by $31,500 while total sales decreased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 23.6% increase over the $133,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in South Amherst in the second half of 2020.
