Median home prices in Grafton fell to $194,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Grafton fell by $14,000 while total sales decreased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,000 - a 6.7% decrease over the $208,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Grafton in the second half of 2020.
