Falling home prices in Columbia Station in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Columbia Station fell by $60,000 while total sales increased by 23%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 23.1% decrease over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Columbia Station in the second half of 2020.
