2021: Lorain experienced a 11.1% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Lorain rose by $8,350 while total sales increased by 25.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 1,594 homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,250 - a 11.1% increase over the $74,900 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,272 homes sold in Lorain in 2020.
