Sheffield median home prices fell by 12.8% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Sheffield fell by $31,500 while total sales decreased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,500 - a 12.8% decrease over the $247,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Sheffield in the fourth quarter of 2020.
