Rising home prices in Grafton in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Grafton rose by $9,500 while total sales decreased by 35 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,000 - a 4.7 percent increase over the $202,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Grafton in April 2021.
