Monday, March 3: Elyria Catholic High School standout Christian Begalla’s college team wins to Concordia Chicago Cougars

On Monday, March 3, former Elyria Catholic High School standout Christian Begalla’s current college team, the Mount St. Joseph Mountain Lions, won 13-11 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Concordia Chicago Cougars.

The game took place at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Mountain Lions’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 1:30 p.m. at Lake Myrtle Sports Complex against Northland Lumberjacks.
