State Rep. Gayle Manning | The Ohio House of Representatives
State Representative Gayle Manning has announced that the application period for the Capitol Square Foundation School Transportation Grant is now open. The deadline to apply is September 22 at 11:59 p.m.
“I always enjoy having students from my district come to Columbus and see the beautiful place I get to work at,” said Rep. Manning. “I highly encourage my local schools to apply and come down to the Statehouse for a tour!”
The Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board, in partnership with the Capitol Square Foundation, will provide grants to 81 schools throughout Ohio. These grants are intended to help offset transportation costs for school bus trips to the Ohio Statehouse and its museum.
Applications must be submitted online by an authorized teacher or school administrator. More information about the grant program can be found on the official website.
