Pheasant Run median home prices fell by 50.7% in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Pheasant Run fell by $35,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $34,500 - a 50.7% decrease over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Pheasant Run in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Pheasant Run for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,860, approximately 5.4% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
