Grafton home prices rose in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Grafton rose by $79,008 while total sales decreased by 73.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,958 - a 50% increase over the $157,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Grafton in the first quarter of 2020.
