Lorain median home prices fell by 8.2% in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Lorain fell by $6,500 while total sales increased by 107.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 143 homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,500 - a 8.2% decrease over the $79,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Lorain in April 2020.

The median sales tax in Lorain for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,358, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
