Home prices decreased in Wellington during April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Wellington fell by $111,200 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,800 - a 41.6% decrease over the $267,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Wellington in April 2020, as well.
