LaGrange home prices rose in April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in LaGrange rose by $27,400 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $249,900 - a 12.3% increase over the $222,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in LaGrange in April 2020.

The median sales tax in LaGrange for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,223, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
