Falling home prices in Pheasant Run in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Pheasant Run fell by $20,400 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,500 - a 15% decrease over the $135,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Pheasant Run in the third quarter of 2020.
