Median home prices in Wellington rose to $194,900 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Wellington rose by $27,900 while total sales increased by 43.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,900 - a 16.7% increase over the $167,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Wellington in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Wellington for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,428, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
