Columbia Station median home prices fell by 5.4% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Columbia Station fell by $13,500 while total sales increased by 3.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,500 - a 5.4% decrease over the $249,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Columbia Station in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Columbia Station for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,373, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
