Amherst median home prices rose by 36% in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Amherst rose by $58,000 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,000 - a 36% increase over the $161,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Amherst in October 2020.
