City of Avon issued the following announcement on March 7.
Starting Monday, March 7, 2022, Lake Road will be closed to thru traffic between Moore Road and Curtis Drive. Detour signs are posted, and Avon Lake Police Department will be onsite. The daily closures will be Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. If possible, please avoid the area. Thank you for your patience during this waterline replacement work on Lake Road at Parkland Drive, Rosewood Drive, and Edgewood Drive.
