City of Elyria issued the following announcement on Oct. 21.
Delinquency disconnections are scheduled to resume on Tuesday, December 1, 2020. For questions about your bill and/or disconnection, please call the Elyria Public Utilities Department at 440-326-1570.
Residents struggling to make payment(s) are encouraged to reach out to the Lorain County Salvation Army at 440-323-2026, or apply online for assistance at ucanapply.org.
