City of Elyria issued the following announcement on Sept. 25.
The City of Elyria is seeking public input on its charter for review this year. Residents are encouraged to view the charter here or below, and are able to add comments directly to the Google document, or by attending the Thursday, October 8, 2020 Charter Review Committee meeting at 5:00 PM at City Hall.
