City of Elyria issued the following announcement on Oct. 13.
Elyria residents are encouraged to complete the Parks & Recreation survey to provide their input, ideas, and recommendations surround parks/public facilities and recreational activities and programming. Responses will be used to develop a resident-driven Master Plan Update that will guide the City’s practices for years to come.
